Fireproof windows refer to windows that are made of steel window frames and steel window sashes, with non-combustible materials filled in the frame and sash, and equipped with fireproof glass and hardware to meet the requirements of fire resistance integrity and heat insulation. Fireproof windows play the role of isolating and preventing the spread of fire. Fireproof windows are one of the fire separation facilities of buildings, usually used in fire walls, and play an important role in reducing fire losses.
Fireproof window types
Fireproof windows are divided into two types: fixed and movable.
Fixed fireproof windows: Fireproof windows that are sealed and fixed on all sides and cannot be opened.
Movable fireproof windows: The window sashes can be opened. When a fire occurs, the movable window sashes can be automatically closed within 60 seconds under the action of the fireproof window.
Fireproof windows are mainly used in fire partitions, escape routes, refuge corridors, fireproof walls, refuge floor fireproof windows, etc. in buildings. They have fireproof and heat-insulating functions and automatic closing functions, and play a role in fireproof separation. The glass used is fireproof and heat-insulating glass, which is an important fire prevention measure for important buildings.
Installation requirements
1. Acceptance When receiving the goods, Party A shall carefully check the quantity, specifications, grades and various accessories according to the supply contract to see if they are qualified and complete.
2. Storage and storage Fireproof windows should be stored vertically in a dry room and anti-corrosion measures should be taken. The glass should be placed and leaned against objects that will not damage the glass edges and glass surfaces.
