Fogging during glue pouring: The reason may be outdoor glue pouring, exposure to sunlight, and then the contaminated glue and system volatilization, which will solidify in advance (solution: measure and take, take out and use up, seal and store, do not volatilize and pollute, and pay attention to shielding when pouring glue.
Reasons for flaky whitening or fogging: The glass plate may not be dried or the glass is not stored as required, and the water molecules on the surface of the glass react with the glue, causing it to become brittle and white.
Reasons why glass breaks easily after cracking: the test method does not match the glue layer thickness index, so a break-resistant model should be selected (solution: increase the glue layer thickness, test using standard methods, and select reinforced or bulletproof types).
The glass is not dried after cleaning or there are residual water-containing debris after cleaning that is not removed.

The curing time is too long: Possible reasons include weak UV intensity, thick glass, coated laminated glass, etc., which block UV rays and greatly reduce the curing ability (solution: use efficient professional UV equipment or extend the exposure time in the sun).
